Basic Level:

Geared towards teaching fundamentals of Track and Field for new athletes, typically in the age range of 6 - 8 years old. The basic level introduces each athlete to proper mechanics of running, mobility and field events such as long jump and turbo javelin.

Practice is held twice a week on Wednesday and Thursdays from 5:00pm - 6:00pm*. The basic level Track Season begins on May 9, 2018 and ends on August 1, 2018. Registration begins April 9, 2018.

Fees for the Basic Level are: $175.00 plus uniform.

Train to Skill (T2S)

Geared towards athletes without Track and Field experience but has skill from previous sport. The purpose of T2S is to enhance the athlete's ability to a state comparable to the level of other athletes at the Sports level.

T2S is a 4-week course held twice a week.

Fee for T2S is $150.00.


The Sport level has three (3) seasons: Indoor, Outdoor, and Year-Round training. At the Sport Level athletes compete at the local and state level. Some meets will be out of state in areas such as Arkansas, Louisiana, Michigan, etc.

Sports Level athletes train three (3) times a week for 90 minutes per session. It is not mandatory to participate in all three seasons, but it is highly recommended.

Fee for each season is $300.00 plus uniform.


The Competitive Level is for athletes dedicated to the process of elite level training with goals of obtaining state-wide rankings and becoming marketable for college scholarships. This is a serious time commitment on the behalf of the athlete.

Training for the Competitive Level is five (5) days a week for 90 minutes. Athletes must be enrolled in the Sports Level training.

The Competitive Level fee is $125.00 per month.
